Position Summary

Provides proactive strategic and analytical services to teams, business customers, and management with a focus on facilitating a positive, effective safety culture strategy. Conducts thorough assessments of the culture in targeted areas across the company, recommends improvements and/or interventions, and works collaboratively with the company and employees to drive strategic and systematic change through process improvement, program development, coaching, and safety culture-related tools and initiatives. Establishes collaborative and strong relationships with operational leaders, decision-makers, and employees throughout the organization. Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Participates in strategic and grassroots safety culture efforts and contributes to the development of departmental goals and objectives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development and implementation of culture and change initiatives, including communication strategies, engagement campaigns, and training programs.
  • Support data collection and analysis related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and change readiness, using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and feedback tools.
  • Monitor and track key cultural and change metrics (e.g., adoption rates, resistance patterns, sentiment trends) and help generate regular reports for leadership.
  • Participate in stakeholder engagement efforts, helping coordinate meetings, presentations, and feedback sessions with key departments and employee groups.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of communication materials, such as newsletters, FAQs, presentations, and intranet content, that support change efforts and reinforce cultural values.
  • Help maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation for culture and change management initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with HR, communications, and business units to support the integration of culture and change strategies into day-to-day operations and employee experience efforts.
  • Stay informed of culture and change management trends and best practices, contributing insights and ideas to enhance internal programs and strategies.
  • Support change impact assessments by gathering data, identifying potential challenges, and helping propose mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of change efforts and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Creates & administers surveys to the organization; collects/compiles data to identify trends/areas of improvement; reports and communicates results.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Basic knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization.
Incumbent must set priorities, organize work and make occasional exceptions
Ability to multi-task various critical work assignments in a fast paced environment in a professional manner
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills for interaction with all levels of personnel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Package, Visio, Canva, Excel, and PowerPoint

Working Environment
Indoor work, operating computer, manual dexterity, talking, hearing, repetitive motion. Use of personal computing equipment, telephone, multi-functioning printer and calculator.
Ability to travel to and from meetings, training sessions or other business related events in and outside of service area. After hours work may be required.
Physical Demands
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
