Client Success Associate

SEI is seeking an Client Success Associate with a strong background in reporting on more complex issues, strong internal and external communication abilities and experience in client service. This role will be integral in our sales process to complete the set up and maintenance of clients on SEI Access. We are looking for an individual who enjoys critical thinking and strives for continuous improvement in what they are working on.

What you will do:

  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing SEI Access clients.

  • Onboard clients to launch both proprietary and 3rd party offerings on SEI Access.

  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with clients at regular intervals from 3-6 months.

  • Send monthly reports showing number of transactions, advisors using SEI Access, total volume raised, and other relevant metrics.

  • Create and implement strategies to increase SEI Access adoption among client base.

  • Train clients on how to use SEI Access, provide new feature updates, and answer general questions about functionality and use cases.

  • Communicate with clients regularly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

  • Occasional domestic travel to visit with clients.

  • Serve as the business liaison between the Firm and its clients for products and services that may require technical integration.

  • Ability to fully explain the Firm's processes and service offerings as applied to client requirements.

  • Update and maintain internal client tracking system and keep accurate record of accounts.

  • Develop inter-department relationships within SEI to drive action and accountability from internal partners.

  • Implement new systems and controls where appropriate.

  • Recommend enhancements to current systems.

What we need from you:

  • Financial Service Industry experience preferred

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Ability to manage change and willingness to improve efficiency / scalability within the company

  • Ability to create and present reports regularly

  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with diverse groups of people

  • The self-motivation and drive to handle multiple client deliverables without sacrificing excellence or quality.

  • Strong customer service skills as you will be communicating daily with internal and external clients.

  • Strong attention to detail, and ability to identify trends in subject matter

  • Willingness to learn rules and regulations surrounding SEC Regulation D

The base salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year. This position will also be eligible to earn incentive compensation based on company performance, subject to company approval.
