Field Service Supervisor - IT Services Idaho Falls, ID | On-Site with Local Travel About the Role CRI Advantage is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead and manage our IT Field Services team supporting INL operations. This role is about delivering top-notch technical support while building strong client and team relationships. You'll oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with security protocols, and drive process improvements using ITIL best practices. What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT Field Service professionals.
Ensure high-quality technical support and customer service delivery.
Act as the primary client contact for field services, maintaining strong relationships.
Implement ITIL-based improvements and optimize ServiceNow ITSM workflows.
Monitor team performance through KPIs and prepare reports for stakeholders.
Travel between Idaho Falls and INL sites as needed.
What We're Looking For
Associate degree (minimum) in IT or related technical field; equivalent experience considered.
5+ years of experience in IT service/field service environments.
Proven leadership experience managing employees and service delivery.
Strong skills with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, Active Directory, and PC hardware/software.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow), remote support tools, and MDM solutions.
Preferred
3+ years in client-facing management roles.
ITIL 4 and CompTIA A+ certifications (or willingness to complete within first 6-9 months).
Experience working in government IT environments.
