As a Talent Acquistion Specialist,you'll partner across our company to identify top talent to support critical missions cross AI/ML, cloud, cybersecurity, and modernization.


What You'll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across cleared IT roles - source, screen, interview, manage offers, and support onboarding for candidates cleared to Public Trust up to TS/SCI.
  • Assist pre-award recruiting efforts by helping to build qualified candidate pipelines, identifying key personnel, and providing sourcing support for proposals and contract bids.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and program leads across diverse customer domains to anticipate talent needs for current and prospective projects.
  • Execute strategic sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearedJobs.net, ClearanceJobs.com, and your own professional networks.
  • Support high-volume requisitions and surge hiring for proposals, contract transitions, and program ramp-ups, balancing competing priorities with agility.
  • Track, report, and analyze recruiting metrics in the ATS to drive continuous process improvements and demonstrate proposal readiness.
  • Represent MetroStar at virtual and in-person recruiting events, including cleared-focused career fairs and networking opportunities.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to craft compelling job postings, align on candidate profiles, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.


Must-Haves:

  • 2-4 years of experience recruiting in the federal contracting space, with exposure to cleared IT roles.
  • Demonstrated comfort managing multiple requisitions, shifting client contexts, and juggling clearance levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Familiarity with federal compliance requirements.
  • Experience working in Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, iCIMS, or Jobvite.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Active Secret clearance or higher.
  • Experience supporting IT roles for DoD or Intelligence Community contracts.
  • Familiarity with proposal staffing and surge recruiting in cleared environments.

SALARY RANGE: $69,000 - $119,000 This position also has an additional bonus commission.

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications, skills, and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:



  • The candidate's professional background and relevant work experience
  • The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
  • Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
  • This role is also eligible for additional compensation, subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar, which may include:


    • Performance-based bonuses
    • Company-paid training and/or certifications
    • Referral bonuses
