The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager, EWX Transformation to shape the future of employee experience at Adobe.

In this high-visibility role, you'll join the Office of Transformation within the Employee & Workplace Experience (EWX) organization-a team of bold strategists, process/service designers, and change leaders passionate about solving complex challenges. You'll own a portfolio of global transformation initiatives that modernize how we deliver HR services, connect employees to meaningful support, and accelerate Adobe's business outcomes.

What you'll do
  • Lead HR Transformation Programs: Own the end-to-end delivery of transformation programs that reimagine how HR services are delivered at scale-with an emphasis on effectiveness, efficiency, and employee experience.
  • Strategy & Roadmap Development: Translate executive vision into actionable strategies, detailed plans, and measurable outcomes. Secure investment for transformation efforts through cost-benefit analyses, financial modeling, and clear articulation of return on investment.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the transformation project portfolio, including intake, prioritization, resourcing, and ongoing monitoring and communication to maintain visibility and ensure successful delivery. Support project teams in defining objectives and key results, tracking project/program performance, and providing regular updates to leadership.
  • Change Management & Enablement: Develop coordinated change, training, and communication plans that drive adoption of new tools, services, and processes. Create learning strategies to help teams build new skills, capabilities, and ways of working-including AI fluency.
  • Champion Product Thinking: Drive scalable solutions with a focus on usability, global and local relevance, and continuous improvement. Leverage agile practices to test, learn, and adapt quickly. Guide teams in developing intuitive, inclusive services and efficient processes for a variety of personas.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with global and regional Employee Experience, IT, Legal, and Finance teams to align on goals, co-create solutions, and ensure smooth execution across geographies.
What you need to succeed
  • 10+ years in strategy consulting or program leadership in global, matrixed organizations; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level HR or business transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
  • Expertise in HR strategy and operations, portfolio and change management, process optimization, and service delivery models.
  • Strong ability to influence through clear, evidence-based recommendations and investment plans.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills-able to simplify complexity and inspire action.
  • Product approach with experience applying agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Workday, Power BI a plus.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $131,700 -- $242,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
