Description PROJECT DETAILS This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with WF customers who are dealing with civil legal matters. Key Responsibilities: * Review physical legal documents for accuracy and compliance with state requirements * Validate judgments and complaints as needed * Confirm proper notarization * Test and verify information prior to external distribution Must-Have Skills: * Knowledge of collection law (ideal) * Experience with civil litigation procedures * QA experience or functional QA responsibilities * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) * Basic computer skills * Understanding of credit card processes Preferred Qualifications: * Paralegal certification (nice to have) * 1+ year of relevant professional experience Work Environment: This role is based at the Charlotte CIC location and requires full-time onsite presence.
