A well-established AV integration firm is seeking a professional and enthusiastic AV Installer/Technician to join its growing team. This role involves installing and servicing audio-visual infrastructure including distributed AV systems, speakers, amplifiers, video screens, digital signage, and related cabling. The technician will occasionally lead small AV projects with a crew of up to 3 team members. Projects often include sound, lighting, staging, and full AV systems. Key Responsibilities: * Install and service AV systems including Crestron, BiAmp, Q-SYS, and other components * Troubleshoot and support AV infrastructure onsite and remotely * Lead small project teams and ensure timely, high-quality installations * Travel to job sites throughout New England (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed) * Collaborate with a dynamic, team-oriented crew Qualifications: * Experience with AV systems (Crestron, BiAmp, Q-SYS, etc.) * CTS certification is a plus, but not required * Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted and pass a DOT physical * Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle * Must reside in the Greater Charleston Area Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $38.00/hr.
