Job Description (General Summary)

As part of the continued growth strategy, the push for better products and improved customer experience, Intralox is looking for a Project Specialist to join the Integration Team. In this role, the candidate will focus on coordinating the work around modifications or updates made to our product's designs, documentation, or manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with global Project Management, Operations, and Engineering leadership and will work out of our Hanover, MD location.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage product lifecycle changes using PTC WindChill and other change management tools.
  • Lead the implementation of engineering changes and product updates through Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
  • Conduct impact analyses and develop tasks to ensure successful change implementation.
  • Facilitate Change Review Board meetings to evaluate, approve, and track proposed modifications.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of change requests, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Plan, direct, and oversee change request-related tasks to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Audit and review changes for compliance, accuracy, and risk mitigation prior to release.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate reports and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen the change management space.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to coordinate work, resolve roadblocks, and drive successful outcomes.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • Two years' experience coordinating or managing projects
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Inquisitive and ability to assess stakeholder needs and requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and resources concurrently.
  • Maintain poise and focus under time constraint pressures and adverse conditions.
  • Computer systems knowledge/skills such as Excel, MS Projects and excited to learn new software applications.
  • A self-managed individual who is a team player and open to new ideas to facilitate continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications:
  • BS or BA from an accredited institution
  • PMP or formal Project Management training
  • Product Development Project experience
  • Experience working in manufacturing organizations
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Working knowledge of Smartsheet

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Intralox considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training and key skills. Therefore, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply regardless of their salary expectations.
The position is eligible for one of the following: commissions, discretionary incentives, or production incentives according to the terms of those plans
Salary Range $49,100 to $93,400.
