Our paid internship is designed to give you the authentic experience of working in an agency.

You may be asked to dig deep into what people are saying online, use data to quantify and project a trend, communicate with the media or sit in on a client brainstorm.

Requirements:

• You must be a recent college graduate.
• You must be available to work a full-time schedule, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.ET

Strategy-specific outcomes:

By the conclusion of your internship, Golin expects Strategy interns to demonstrate capability of the following:

• Basic collection and analysis skills using primary, secondary, and client data
• Understand quantitative, qualitative research impact
• Clear and effective internal communication
• Strong, quality production
• Self-starting skill refinement
• Basic ways of work within a billable-hours environment
• Understanding how your time impacts budgets and revenue
• Understanding utilization target and why it matters

As well as:

• Show enthusiasm, passion, and curiosity
• Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Know how to prioritize and be adaptive to change
• Have the desire and willingness to learn new skills
• Have an insatiable hunger for and understanding of public relations

Salary range: $22/hour

Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations.
