SUMMARY: Position Description The primary purpose of this position is to coordinate the implementation of workforce equity and language access initiatives utilizing exceptional organizational skills and proven project coordination expertise to facilitate stakeholder engagement, monitor progress, and ensure successful outcomes across diverse internal and external partnerships while maintaining focus on equity-centered approaches and community-driven solutions. This is a regular, time-limited, full-time position that is expected to work a schedule of 40 hours/week for 6 months. Qualified candidates who can start as soon as possible before October 1, 2025 are strongly preferred. This is currently a remote position, but the incumbent must have access to transportation and ability to commute to various locations in the Southern California region for light daytime travel (approximately 1-2 times per month). Candidates based in Southern California are strongly preferred. The incumbent will be required to work standard work hours for the Pacific Time zone. Full salary range for this position: $70,296 to $101,911 per year. The typical hiring range for this position is from $70,296 (minimum) to $86,104 (midpoint), based on 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined using a variety of factors, such as the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity consideration and budget availability.
