We are seeking a Finance Technology Transformation Lead to drive modernization across finance systems and processes. This role leads large-scale initiatives that improve automation, data quality, and reporting while aligning technology investments with strategic goals. Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of finance transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reporting, and analytics.

  • Partner with leaders across Finance, IT, and Operations to align priorities and ensure adoption of new solutions.

  • Drive the deployment and optimization of cloud-based tools such as Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, QRM, and Power BI.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by translating strategy into actionable execution.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.

  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership.

  • Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements.

Education & Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Strategy, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, or Transformation roles.

  • 7+ years of experience with finance systems such as Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, or QRM.

  • Deep knowledge of core finance functions including planning, reporting, close, controls, and operations.

Preferred

  • Experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.

  • Strong background in cloud-based ERP and EPM platforms.
