Job Summary Work closely with and assist engineers in the conduct of various engineering assignments. Job Responsibilities Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers Compete assigned tasks on time Gather and assemble data for engineers Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers Assist engineers with appropriate design details Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization Other duties as assigned Job Responsibilities Part II Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis concepts and principles in the development of software for the target application Support and participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and test of embedded software for real-time control of advanced radio systems Develop software test procedures, software programs, and related documentation Utilize a variety of software languages (C, C++, Java, Python, Bash) on linux and/or windows platforms Qualifications High school diploma or GED Engineering student Taking care of our people is a top priority at Leonardo DRS.
