POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will support the Salesforce Effectiveness strategies for the US, and assess its implementation, widening the gap with our direct competitors and strengthening the uniqueness of the Nestle Health Science (NHS) value proposition.

This position will be responsible for monitoring, preparing and analyzing SFE related reporting, insights and recommendations, using Nestle-approved tools, applications, and improved technologies to develop new insights with emphasis on predictive analytics as it aligns to the overall SFE/Commercial Excellence and sales team strategies. This position will report directly to the Manager of SFE/Commercial Excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates analytical models for tracking Sales Representative performance and results. Identify gaps in execution impacting our ability to maximize financial expectations and make recommendations to Sales Leaders for optimization.
  • Support the ongoing assessment and translation of Sales Representative(s) performance trends and data into proactive and reactive meaningful insights. Drive evolution of SFE execution for MN and Atrium Sales Teams through data-driven recommendations.
  • Supportive role for cross-functional SFE strategies to drive alignment between the globally-set SFE priorities, local marketing strategies and the effective in-market execution by the sales force.
  • Leads continuous improvement & advancement in use of digital tools and innovative technologies to enhance delivery and effectiveness, using data and performance insights to continuously optimize outcomes.
  • Creates reporting models to track, analyze and evaluate activity associated with all SFE/Business/Sales Team initiatives (PowerBI, Veeva/SalesForce).
  • Contributes to the planning, analysis, solution development and communication of Sales Representative trends in support of internal strategies, business opportunities and market growth assessments.
  • Supports the Manager, SFE with planning, process, and data for Monthly Playbook Results; monitoring Sales execution (KPI) of Launch Excellence, and new business implementations
  • Elevate Digital (i.e. Power BI platform, et al) utilization on which all key functions and reports can be used to make ongoing sound decisions regarding sales force deployment and focus.
  • Supports Salesforce Excellence functions to meet team goals driving growth and profitability.
  • Reviews sales performance and monitor relevant dashboard KPIs, analyze data for trends and prepares reports monthly as assigned related to channel/business performance.
  • Identify gaps in Sales activity impacting our ability to maximize financial expectations & make recommendations to Sales Leaders for optimization.
  • Monitors all SFE KPIs for field sales, and assists in preparation of quarterly reports for submission to Global Commercial Execution.
  • Supports effective cross functional cooperation and alignment with Marketing, SPD, CD, and other functions toward overall objectives achievement through Sales Force Effectiveness (Cycle Plans, Approve Email, Omnichannel Engagement, etc.)
  • Provide ongoing insight and analysis regarding key Salesforce Excellence trends and opportunities/gaps.
  • Up to 30% travel.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related medical field is strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in Salesforce Effectiveness and/or analytics is ideal.
  • Advanced proficiency and analytic skills across tools such as PowerBi, Excel, SalesForce, Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and Python.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actional insights and synthesize with industry knowledge to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their relevance to an insight driven workplace.

  • Advanced proficiency related to Business Analytics demonstrating the ability to analyze data and generate effective, productive solutions.
  • Creative business thinking while maintaining a strong focus on execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - the ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and effective manner with all levels of management (internally or externally).

  • A strong team player with the ability to work comfortably with people of diverse skills, levels, experience, and personalities.
  • Must be able to work well within a fast-paced environment, have a proven ability to manage responsibilities, and adapt well within rapidly changing work and industry environments - a high degree of flexibility required.
  • Proven ability to make complex decisions, deal with ambiguity, and influence senior management on decisions.
  • Understanding overall business strategy and goals.
  • Balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the Medical Nutrition industry, including products and competitive landscape.
  • Knowledge of Veeva as the overarching umbrella of CRM.
  • Core knowledge of the operations of the NHS field force or of a similar setup in Nestle or competing companies.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Eden Prairie, MN, Bridgewater, NJ, Chicago, IL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL or Long Island, NY.

Theapproximate payrange for this position is $81,000 to $99,000.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
