Position Title: Senior Technical Consultant

Reports to: IT Project Manager

Location: Arlington, VA

Job Status: Regular Full -Time

Position Summary:

Leisnoi Professional Solutions, LLC has an immediate need for a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant. This pivotal role will provide technical leadership and guidance to our clients, specializing in the implementation of complex technical solutions that align with business strategy and objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the design and delivery of innovative technical solutions that meet complex client requirements.
• Assess client needs and objectives, and translate these into actionable technical plans and project scopes.
• Provide expert consultation on best practices in areas such as software development, system architecture, and cloud computing.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure trust and open communication.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Conduct technical assessments and create detailed reports with recommendations for system improvements.
• Facilitate technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer in support of client capability building.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating these insights into client solutions and internal projects.
• Drive continuous improvement within client projects by identifying efficiency and effectiveness enhancements.
• Advise on regulatory developments affecting space management practices.
• Coordinate changes in spatial needs, office relocations, and space reconfiguration efforts.
• Provide guidance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and I.T. matters.
• Operate expertly within classified environments by managing sensitive and controlled information.

Basic Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical consulting role, with demonstrated history of leading successful technical projects.
• Proven track record of delivering detailed technical solutions within large-scale, complex environments.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Deep expertise in system architecture, with proficiency in designing systems for scalability and performance.
• Mastery of software development methodologies, including agile and waterfall models.
• Superb problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic long-term solutions.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and mentoring technical teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with major content management systems and integration platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance (TS/SCI).
