  • Build trusted relationships with aviation prospects, from operations managers to C-level executives.
  • Lead consultative conversations around maintenance operations management, scheduling, inventory, procurement, compliance, and customer service.
  • Stay informed on international aviation trends and provide thought leadership to prospects.
  • Develop and execute account plans with defined strategies and goals.
  • Use proven sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Solution Selling, Sandler) to guide prospects through a consultative journey.
  • Leverage CRM (HubSpot) for pipeline management, transparency and accurate forecasting, ensuring executive visibility into deal health.
  • Partner with internal teams to continuously improve sales processes and customer experience.
  • Contribute to the success of the Sales team and the overall CORRIDOR business.

You have:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales with consultative approach.
  • Existing relationships in the aviation market (Part 135/145 operators, MROs, or OEMs) strongly preferred.
  • Experience selling or competing with enterprise solutions (Oracle, SAP, IBM Maximo) a plus.
  • Self-reliant, self-starter with a proven track record of consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
