Your Impact:

The Cybersecurity Concierge is a key player in delivering OpenText's Managed Security Services, which include Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Engineering, Cyber Concierge, and DFIR & GRC. This role specifically acts as a Cyber Concierge, serving as a strategic advisor and liaison between clients and OpenText's security teams.

The Sr. Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering and expanding OpenText's Managed Security Services portfolio, including our flagship MxDR (Managed Extended Detection and Response) and other SaaS-based security offerings such as Core Threat Detection and Response and Core Identity Foundations. This role focuses on managing complex security service engagements, ensuring successful delivery, and driving customer satisfaction while enabling clients to strengthen their security posture through OpenText's advanced security solutions.

As a Cybersecurity Concierge, you will:

• Leading Managed Security Services projects, including onboarding, implementation, and optimization of MxDR and SaaS security solutions.
• Acting as a Cyber Concierge to guide clients through their Managed Security Services journey, ensuring alignment with OpenText's security capabilities and best practices.
• Executing account, program, and project management tasks such as booking new orders, forecasting revenue, tracking financials, developing project plans, managing risks, and ensuring scope adherence.
• Advising clients on best practices for threat detection, incident response, and identity security to maximize the value of OpenText security services.
• Coordinating with Security Operations Centers (SOCs), threat analysts, and identity specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Driving continuous improvement in MSS delivery processes and contributing to PMO standards.
• Supporting business development by identifying opportunities for MSS expansion and contributing to RFx responses, Statements of Work and Quotations.
• Preparing executive-level presentations and reports on MSS performance and security outcomes. Advising and guiding clients based on a solid understanding of cyber security principles and elements.

What you need to succeed:

• 10+ years of Cyber Security experience, project management, preferably in Managed Security Services.
• Strong knowledge of Managed Detection and Response (MDR/XDR), threat intelligence, and identity security concepts.
• PMP Certification (or equivalent) required; experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Industry cybersecurity certifications (e.g., SANS, CISSP, CISM) preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Strong proficiency in M365 and familiarity with SaaS security platforms.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Up to 5% travel may be required.

As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $108,990.00 - $179,055.00; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
