Role Description & Responsibilities

At the heart of the Alliances Program are its information systems, which support prospective partners' access to program resources and benefits as they progress in their partnership with SOLIDWORKS. Administering quality measures across these systems is essential to the overall operation, as is executing program administrative transactions to secure and maintain successful partner relations.

The ideal candidate will assist the team with:

Order branded marketing items for distribution with the members of the SOLIDWORKS Solution Partner Program: This involves sourcing, ordering, and managing branded marketing materials such as merchandise, letters, and promotional items to be distributed to members of the SOLIDWORKS Solution Partner Program.

Keep inventory of the items belonging to the Partner Program: Maintain a detailed inventory of all marketing materials and branded items allocated to the Partner Program.

Helping with work streams pertinent to the Partner Program: Assist with processes related to managing members and their status within the program.

Updating the Partner Program Certified Products Brochure: Update the Partner Program Certified Products Brochure with the latest information about certified products and solutions offered by Gold Solution Partner Program Members.

Direct marketing campaigns for welcoming new members of the Program: Develop and execute direct marketing campaigns aimed at welcoming and on-boarding new members to the Partner Program, showcasing its benefits and resources.

Keeping updated the database with verified information provided by the Partner Program Members: Ensure that the database containing information provided by Partner Program members is kept up-to-date and accurate, verifying and validating the information as necessary.

Work on increasingly challenging and engaging real-world projects: Engage in a variety of real-world projects related to the Partner Program, gradually taking on more complex and challenging tasks to further develop skills and expertise in the field.

Qualifications

* Business or Marketing Communications Major, MBA or Marketing Masters

* Actively enrolled in a degree program at a college or university for the duration of the internship or recently graduated.

* Functional, solid use and experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and PowerPoint function

* Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

The following areas are not required but are nice to have:

* Understanding of social media, able to be creative and thoughtful when interacting with online communities and building relationships

Personal Skills

* Ability and willingness to self-teach new and advanced software functions; coaching and instruction will be provided, but you are someone who seeks knowledge

* Possess new technology curiosity and history of self-technical education; you are not nervous about what you don't know in technology but excited about it due to your curiosity

* Positive, self-motivated individual with a high level of enthusiasm and willingness to learn and incorporate coaching and instructions into daily tasks and assignments

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team structure

* Highly organized with critical attention to detail, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive and deadline-driven assignments

In addition to working with your direct team, as a member of Dassault Systemes NAM Intern Program you will be invited to our Speaker Series, Lunch and Learns, Networking Events and employee functions.

Please note that this position is 100% in person at the Waltham, MA office. Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $22 - $29 per hour.
