Learn more about the "T" salary structure here: https://careers.temple.edu/sites/careers/files/documents/T_Salary_Structure.pdf Salary Range: $41,250 - $55,400 Position Summary: Reporting to the Assistant AD/Creative Services, the Director of Multimedia will lead the Athletics Creative Video staff in the ideation and development of all creative video content for Temple Athletics, particularly focusing on social media platforms, in-venue video board shows, and departmental efforts in recruiting and NIL (name, image, and likeness). This role is responsible for establishing the creative and visual storytelling direction for Temple Athletics. The Director of Multimedia will produce and/or oversee the production of all creative video content for Temple Athletics, including but not limited to highlight/interview packages, behind-the-scenes features, student-athlete profiles, social media hype videos, television commercials, intro videos, and in-game marketing elements. The Director will recruit, train, and supervise a team of full-time employees, graduate externs, and/or student interns in executing all creative video functions for Temple Athletics. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Required Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in any major relevant to video production, video design, and marketing communications. At least three (3) years' experience working in sports video production at the collegiate level or in the television or other mass communication mediums. Previous experience with audio and video editing programs. Previous experience as a digital videographer. Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role directing student interns and full-time employees in video production practices. Required Skills & Abilities:
