Clinical Services Coordinator, Advanced

Your Role

The Children's Services Program (CSP) provides identification, referrals, and care management for Medi-Cal members under 21 years old and collaborates with Promise Clinical teams to ensure members receive needed services. The Clinical Services Coordinator Advances will report to the CSP Manager/Supervisor. In this role you will work with clinical staff to support member needs using the established and approved Blue Shield Medical Policies and Guidelines which align with nationally recognized standards. You will be responsible for working daily inventory, processing medical records and requests, fax intake, referral intake, and other duties as assigned. Your Knowledge and Experience

• Required experience/knowledge of CCS, Early Start/Early Intervention and Regional Center services.

• Requires minimum of 5 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.

• Requires broad knowledge of operational systems and practices typically gained through extensive experience and/or education.

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Understanding basic member engagement principles, techniques and practices.

• Bilingual preferred.
