Project Coordinator I

The Project Coordinator (PIF) is responsible coordinate, track and evaluate PIF project activities, material inventory and budgetary constraints for successful project completion.

Coordinating tasks related to PIF programs
• Compile or provide input for project status reports
• Coordinate and maintain the project schedule via MS Project
• Stay abreast of the project activities in an effort to conduct and document meetings as required
• Work with Project Lead to identify and resolve project problems (drawings issues, resource issues, etc.)
• Work with Project Lead to coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented
• Prepare price quotes for projects and track inventory of material
• Support proposal related task and analysis as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education:

• Bachelors in Science in Business, Technical or equivalent field required; Masters preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of two years project coordination/management or equivalent defense experience required; five years preferred
• Five years in defense industry preferred
• MS Office experience required; MS Project preferred

Any combination of education/experience may be substituted for job requirements at the recommendation of the hiring manager and approval of the COO and CEO.
