As an IT Business Systems Analyst on our team, you will leverage your experience with enterprise productivity applications to effectively analyze and convey complex concepts to both business and technical stakeholders.

In this role you will:
  • Collaborate with the product owner, engineers, and technical team to define and implement features, support content, and documentation.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to assess new technologies, upcoming releases, and document relevant use cases.
  • Identify ways to improve systems, processes, and encourage team innovation.
  • Oversee end-user communications development and execution in line with Cisco IT standards and emerging AI technologies.
  • Write user stories, analysis documents, and other key content.
  • Take part in agile planning and delivery activities.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise productivity platforms within an enterprise IT environment.
  • oversight.Background in agile project management and meeting delivery timelines in dynamic environments with experience using agile methodologies and tools such as Jira for project management
  • A self-starter, demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills when addressing complex issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in process documentation and the development of knowledge articles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including operational responsibilities and project work.
  • Demonstrates initiative in identifying and addressing obstacles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Agile certification preferred (e.g., Scrum, Scrum Master, Product Owner).
  • Experience in Change Management frameworks, strategy development, and execution.
