**About the Opportunity**

These contract opportunities are for skilled professionals who can navigate complex creative landscapes, manage technical asset workflows, and foster strong cross-functional partnerships. You will be at the heart of creative delivery, ensuring projects are on track, assets are pristine, and brand consistency is maintained across all channels. Your work will directly contribute to the success of high-visibility campaigns and the overall brand presence, offering diverse project scope that ranges from hands-on technical operations to strategic creative management.

**What You'll Do**

* **Project & Workflow Orchestration:** Transform creative briefs into actionable project plans, complete with detailed timelines, resource allocation, and clear work breakdown structures. You will track project health across multiple initiatives and vendors, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure seamless execution.

* **Technical Asset Mastery:** Review, analyze, and meticulously manage digital design files and spreadsheet software for accuracy, quality, and adherence to technical specifications. This includes editing, adjusting, and creating files based on detailed requirements, ensuring proper organization, resolution, and compatibility. You will troubleshoot technical issues related to digital assets and collaborate with engineering teams for swift resolution.

* **Creative Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:** Partner closely with creative leadership, designers, copywriters, and studio teams throughout the entire creative process. You will confidently present work to senior-level clients, articulate strategic thinking, and translate feedback into clear, actionable direction for creative teams.

* **Brand & Campaign Stewardship:** Champion brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across diverse marketing channels. You will oversee critical handoffs from design to production teams, ensuring rigorous quality assurance and timely delivery of assets. Your expertise will help define and implement best practices for multi-channel marketing tactics and brand development.

**What You'll Bring**

* 6+ years of experience in an agency or marketing department, adept at managing creative workflows and teams.

* Advanced proficiency in leading image editing software, including expertise in layers, masks, smart objects, and color correction.

* Strong technical aptitude with spreadsheet software and comprehensive digital file management skills.

* Proven project management expertise, utilizing leading project management platforms.

* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow complex guidelines while identifying inconsistencies.

* Extensive vendor management experience, with a track record of providing clear feedback and managing file handoffs effectively.

* Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to build trust, present work persuasively, and manage expectations.

* Ability to thrive under pressure in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

**Bonus Points**

* Experience in fast-paced consumer goods environments or with consumer-focused account management.

* Background in brand development, product presentation design, and comprehensive marketing campaigns.

* Familiarity with other leading creative design tools.

* Knowledge of diverse marketing channels.

* Experience with digital asset management, product imagery workflows, or DAM systems.

* International marketing experience.

The target hiring compensation for this role is competitive hourly rates based on experience.
