Join our tech client's dynamic Marketing team as a Content Coordinator, where creativity meets innovation! This role is pivotal in driving our brand's digital presence and content strategy, focusing on video production, graphic design, digital campaigns, landing pages, and social media management. This is a fully remote, full time, temp to perm position. US talent only.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Video Creation and Production: Lead the creation, editing, and production of engaging video content for use in campaign work, landing pages, and social media. Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute high-impact videos that resonate with our target audiences.
  • WordPress Landing Page Design: Develop and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates, ensuring they align with our brand's voice, strategy, and look and feel.
  • Graphic Design: Assist our lead graphic designer in creating visually appealing graphics for both social media and our website, adhering to brand standards and using Adobe or Figma templates. Ability to assist with creative branding activities such as one pagers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Social Media Management: In conjunction with the digital and content team leads, execute strategies across platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram, fostering community engagement and brand growth.
  • HubSpot Utilization: Leverage HubSpot for content management, campaign assets (ex: landing pages and forms), and ensure consistent flow of information into CRM for performance analysis to enhance marketing efforts.
  • General Content: Proficient in writing and editing content for Marketing-led assets such as blogs, website/landing pages, social media posts, digital ad copy, presentations, one pagers, etc. Skilled in understanding brand voice and tone and applying it to written copy for company use.


Required Qualifications and Skills



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation roles with a strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing skills.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design tools, with a solid understanding of branding, design, and video production and editing.
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Well written and capable of creating written content, with core understanding of grammar standards and learning to write within a brand voice.
  • Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing campaigns, with additional knowledge of other marketing tools considered a plus.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress and Divi Builde
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Word
