| Job Title:Brand & Content Marketing Manager Location:CityScape What you'll do:The Brand and Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated brand and content strategies that increase awareness, engagement and affinity across key audiences. This role serves as a key storyteller-translating business goals into compelling, consistent narratives and activities that strengthen the brand, drive thought leadership and support business growth. 
 The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional writing, creative direction and project management skills. The Brand and Content Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality content across digital, social, print and video channels.
 Brand Strategy & Stewardship 
 Maintain and help evolve brand guidelines and support training or toolkits for internal and agency teams, ensuring consistency of tone, visuals and messaging across all channelsAct as the guardian of brand identity, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand application in campaigns, communications, collateral, presentations and digital assetsManage creative asset development for the bank, including brand campaigns, collateral and sales support materials, templates and multimedia storytellingMaintain organized systems for marketing assets, calendars and project documentation.Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines and reporting in partnership with sales, brand and creative teamsAssist in the planning and execution of internal and external marketing eventsHelp with brand elements across the Bank for internal needs such as signage and branded merchandiseSupport the daily operations of the marketing department, driving efficiency and communication across teams Content Strategy & Development 
 Assist in the creation and execution of a brand messaging architecture and multi-channel content strategy across campaigns, digital properties and communications to ensure clarity, consistency and impactPartner with the social media marketing manager to integrate and implement cohesive content and editorial calendarsOversee editorial calendars, content workflows and measurement frameworks to ensure timely, high-quality outputWrite and edit content across web, email, social media, thought leadership and executive communicationsBuild scalable communications systems, including AI-driven templates, workflows and prompt libraries to accelerate content creation and approvalWork cross-functionally to develop, support and drive unique, impactful and compelling content and advertising programs to build the Western Alliance brandRegularly monitor the competitive space, providing the marketing team with insights on market changes, developments and emerging trends Campaign & Channel Management 
 Support integrated campaigns that reinforce brand positioning and generate measurable resultsPartner with paid media and digital teams to extend content reach through targeted campaignsTrack KPIs, compile data and support the measurement of content and campaign performance, translating analytics and insights into actionable recommendationsIntegrated Marketing Execution: Oversee campaign development, AI-enabled asset creation, web/digital design, customer, stakeholder and employee communications What you'll need:  
 High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred8+ years of experience in brand, content or marketing communications roles, preferably in a B2B or financial/professional services environmentAdvanced computer skillsAdvanced speaking and writing communication skills. Proficiency in writing and editing, graphic design and social media is required.Proven track record of developing and executing brand and content strategies that drive measurable engagementExceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and format across audiences and platformsStrong understanding of integrated marketing and content performance metricsExperience managing creative development and collaborating with design, digital and PR teamsStrong creative eye for design, layout, and visual storytellingFamiliarity with SEO best practices, content management systems (CMS), content approval workflow, project management and marketing automation tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Workfront, Adobe, Figma, Canva or similar tools)Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesDetail-oriented, collaborative and proactive in problem-solvingAdvanced knowledge of marketing campaign management across channels. Knowledge of marketing processes including but not limited to creative work, messaging, working with agencies and vendors, etc.Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practicesOccasional travel required.
