Responsibilities

    Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead and inspire a global sales organization, including Strategic Account Managers, Inside Sales, and Sales Operations, while fostering a culture of accountability and customer-centric decision-making. Develop and execute a unified global sales strategy aligned with ATCC's growth priorities across core and advanced product lines.
  • Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Drive revenue through strategic account planning, pipeline management, and expansion into key markets such as biopharma, academia, and government. Cultivate relationships with strategic customers and distributors, pursue new business in emerging segments, and lead corporate-level business development activities.
  • Operational Excellence & Talent Development: Oversee Sales Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, CRM utilization, and performance reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate market insights into actionable initiatives, establish KPIs and incentive structures, and recruit and develop top sales talent to enhance engagement and collaboration.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 18 or more years' experience, including 4+ years' supervisory experience or equivalent experience.
  • Proven success leading global sales teams and driving commercial strategy across diverse markets and customer segments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategic account management, sales operations, and business development within the life sciences or biotechnology sector.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with experience in forecasting, valuation, and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning sales initiatives with marketing, product management, and customer experience.
  • Skilled in CRM systems, performance metrics, and incentive planning to drive accountability and results.
  • Ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent while fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus.


Benefits

The expected salary for this position is $225,000 to $240,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
