Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time LPN or Certified Hemodialysis Tech for our Outpatient Renal Dialysis in Tomah, WI. Be a part of a great team that provides quality care to patients with chronic dialysis needs.

What you will do:

  • 0.75FTE = 60 hours/every two weeks

  • 12-hour shifts, Monday/Wednesday/Friday, holiday rotation

  • Prepare the dialysis machine, collect and document patient treatment data, initiate and discontinue dialysis treatments, and provide excellent patient care.

  • Hourly wage starts at $22.94/hour for LPN's and & 18.63 for Certified Hemodialysis Techs- both positions will offer more for experience.

What you need:

  • LPN role: LPN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin or Certified Hemodialysis Tech role: High School diploma or equivalency, 6 months pt care experience and obtain Certified Hemodialysis tech certification within 18 months of hire

  • Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
