Schedule: Friday-Sunday | 6:45 PM - 6:45 AM
Status: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt

Join Pregis as an Extrusion Assistant Operator and enjoy a consistent weekend schedule that gives you Monday through Thursday off-perfect for school, side gigs, or personal time.

As an Extrusion Assistant Operator, you'll support the production of high-quality blown film by:

• Assisting with machine setup and operation
• Performing quality checks using tools like micrometers and tape measures
• Handling materials and labeling finished rolls
• Operating forklifts, core cutters, and palletizing equipment
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organized
• Learning to independently run an extrusion line

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on work
• Ability to climb stairs, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Willingness to work overnight weekends and occasional overtime
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft platforms)
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred
