ABOUT THE ROLE:

Leads the development and execution of division pricing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning. This role oversees a team of pricing desk analysts to create an efficient pricing process and collaborates with sales and product leadership to shape pricing policies across commercial payment products. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of financial services markets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 7-10+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, or financial planning in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in financial modeling, pricing analytics, and market intelligence.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree of proficiency (typically from 7-10 years of work or practical experience), across a suite of skills including, but not limited to:

• Analytical Acumen: Interprets complex data sets to uncover insights and drive informed, impactful decisions.

• Communication & Influence: Conveys ideas clearly and persuasively to gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
