This role drives innovative visual concepts and retail design solutions that bring the brand to life across all global channels, with a primary focus on developing groundbreaking, scalable, and efficient on-counter VM concepts (evergreen, distortion, and artistry units).

Responsibilities

  • Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of innovative visual concepts, ensuring alignment with the Global Brand Strategy and the Executive Director's vision.
  • Retail Execution: Drive the development of 360-degree design concepts across Free Standing Stores (FSS), Department Stores (DS), and Specialty Multi-Channel (SMC) environments.
  • Global Standardization: Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive merchandising and technical guidelines and detailed drawings to direct regional teams globally.
  • Project Management: Independently manage all phases of a project, from initial briefing and concept kickoff through to final production approval, ensuring deadlines and global standards are met.
  • Vendor and Cost Management: Review fixture/unit shop drawings, ensure design details are accurate, and demonstrate a strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, cost, and time requirements.
  • Inspiration & Trends: Actively research current trends in global culture, retail design, and art, bringing inspirational contributions to weekly brainstorm sessions.
