Your Job Molex is looking for a District Sales Manager for the Bay Area. This role involves leading and developing a regional high performing sales team to achieve consistent growth, overseeing new pipeline creation, and mentoring & empowering team members. Responsibilities also include recruiting and training staff, managing executive-level partnerships with channel partners and customers, driving sales strategies, supporting major deals, utilizing sales tools, and promoting company principles across the team. This role sits in Fremont, CA and supports customers in and around Northern California. What You Will Do

For this role, we anticipate paying $190,000 - $230,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
