Learn more about BNSFandourBenefits Job Location:Fort Worth 2+ years of experience: $66,800 - $91,700 3+ years of experience: $77,600 - $103,400 These ranges reflect what BNSF Railway reasonably expects to pay for this position, based on the role's level, scope, and responsibilities. Final compensation and position level will be determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay and bonus eligibility, BNSF offers a comprehensive benefits package. Training for this position includes on-the-job training and system-specific onboarding. Key responsibilities may include: Oversee and support the daily operation of our Talent Acquisition (TA) technology stack, including Phenom, SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed), and other recruiting tools. Provide Tier 2 support for TA systems by troubleshooting issues, managing user permissions, conducting release testing, and maintaining process documentation and templates. Lead and support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms) by managing full project lifecycles-identifying business needs, assessing solutions, defining requirements, developing and managing project plans, coordinating stakeholders, facilitating user acceptance testing, and delivering training and post-launch support to ensure adoption and continuous improvement. Assist in evaluating and implementing AI and automation tools that align with business objectives and standards -enhancing outcomes, increasing operational efficiency, and improving user experiences Serve as the recruiting data subject matter expert and reporting lead. Design and deliver dashboards, KPIs, and reports to uncover trends and drive process improvements, while conducting regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with legal and company standards. Evaluate, design, build, and implement recruiting processes to reduce friction - improving operational efficiency and candidate / recruiter experiences (e.g. templates, workflows, automation) Partner with cross-functional stakeholders-including HR Business Partners, HRIS, Technology, and Workforce Planning-to deliver integrated systems and processes that enable seamless execution and promote operational cohesion across the enterprise.
