The Analytics Business Manager role is part of Optum's Analytics Center of Excellence (ACOE). The ACOE provides high quality deliverables and data-driven decision making through a highly scalable and innovative operating model that enables resource specialization and expands our partners' access to analytics talent, best practices, standard processes and technology. This model helps advance the strategic objectives of our partners which are both external health systems and internal operations. The Analytics Business Manager is a key role within the ACOE. The Business Manager works closely with leadership to implement new operational processes and execute against commitments to our partners and our own organization. This is primarily a strategic support function highly focused on communication, process improvement, program management and governance. As an Analytics Business Manager you will work with partner leadership and key stakeholders as well as our Nashville-based ACOE analytics delivery and technology team members. The role will require collaboration with team members of all levels. This role is deeply engrained in the management and leadership of the ACOE and our partners. The ideal candidate will have strong executive presence and communication skills. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week. Primary Responsibilities:

The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
