What You'll Do:



  • Engage with prospective students for Fuqua's working professional programs, assessing fit, providing ongoing outreach and follow-up throughout the admissions cycle, and collaborating closely with program counselors to ensure a personalized, responsive experience and smooth connection to the appropriate member of the admissions team.


  • Review applications for Fuqua's graduate business programs, evaluating academic records, professional achievements, leadership potential, and personal fit using established admissions criteria.


  • Provide detailed assessments and submit recommendations to the Director of Admissions regarding applicant admissibility.


  • Respond to inquiries from applicants and prospective students about admissions requirements, program options (e.g., Daytime MBA, MMS, MQM, Executive MBA, MSQM), and student life at Fuqua.


  • Provide virtual and in-person event support throughout the year for prospective and admitted student events to promote Fuqua's mission of developing leaders of consequence.
  • Assist with other admissions-related tasks during peak seasons to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all applicants.



Please note: That thesuccessful candidate must reside in North Carolina to be eligible for this position.

What You'll Bring:



  • Work requires analytical, communication, and organizational skills generally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree program.


  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment in evaluating academic and professional qualifications.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.


  • Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential applicant information.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


  • Familiarity with graduate business education and admissions processes is preferred.


  • Comfort with virtual platforms and technology used in admissions and recruitment.
