As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and promote a secure environment. This is primarily a driving post, so you will conduct routine patrols by vehicle, remain visible, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the financial institution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and create a visible security-related presence.
• Monitor access points and observe for any unusual or suspicious activity in and around the location.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement when necessary to assist with security-related matters.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients, visitors, and other personnel at the financial institution.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
