As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with visitors and team members, and deliver outstanding customer service. This is a driving position, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding appropriately during emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within financial institution locations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual situations.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by the site policies.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and local law enforcement as needed.
• Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials when directed.
• Assist with implementing emergency response protocols and provide guidance to individuals onsite during critical events.
• Follow all Allied Universal and client site procedures, adapting to varying working environments within financial institution settings.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of one year of experience in armed security, law enforcement, or military roles is required.
• A minimum of one year of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• A guard card or guard license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
