As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic retail location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence will be visible throughout the site, offering exceptional customer service and clear communication to all visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Observe and report activities and incidents at the assigned location to aid in maintaining a secure environment.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
• Communicate professionally with patrons, staff, and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Follow post orders and instructions from Allied Universal management and site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
