The Manager, User Experience & Digital Design is a key leader responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing intuitive, high-impact digital interfaces across enterprise platforms. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, this role drives the UX and design vision at the executional and tactical strategy level, ensuring that creative concepts, interaction models, and digital journeys effectively support business goals, customer needs, and brand differentiation. The role combines strong UX expertise, hands-on design excellence, team management and collaborative leadership to translate business objectives and user insights into intuitive interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and customer journeys. This role guide design consistency through systems, lead creative execution, and influence digital experience decisions across web, portals, campaigns, and digital programs. Essential Functions:
