Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $51.44-57.16 Hourly W2 + benefits Start Date: 11.14.2025 Our client is looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join their Digital Marketing team in Culver City, Los Angeles. As a Paid Search Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, building, and managing paid search PPC (pay-per-click) campaigns in selfservice SEM platforms (Google, Bing, and other search engines). Along with campaign planning and setup in platform, you will be tasked with continually finding ways to improve performance efficiency through ongoing optimization. Your focus will be indepth analysis leading to actionable insights, trend spotting, strategic pacing, and performance optimization of the paid search channel. On this team, you will work hand-in-hand with digital marketing strategy, ad ops, analytics, and measurement teams to deliver end-to-end execution and performance management of paid search campaigns. To be successful in this role, you should have experience defining and measuring short- and long-term marketing success across paid search, and have a strong passion for data storytelling.
