About the Role The Lead Material Handler (Loading Team) position is primarily responsible for the effective and efficient building, staging, and loading of products as well as assuming all loading responsibilities in the absence of the Loading Supervisor. Additional duties include but are not limited to: General housekeeping, properly stocking and rotating product throughout several warehouse locations, organization and staging of shells and pallets, moving and backing tractor/trailer combinations as well as any other duties assigned by the Loading Supervisor and/or Operations Manager. The Lead Material Handler (Loading Team) must be proactive in looking for ways to help WP Beverages sustain and improve effective and efficient business operations.
