Facilities Manager: Position Overview

Lead from the front in this dynamic player/coach role, driving facilities and workplace operations while building high-performing teams and cultivating exceptional client partnerships. You'll master the balance between strategic leadership and hands-on execution, delivering operational excellence with full financial ownership.

Check out some of your day as a Facilities Manager at JLL:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and develop Facilities and Workplace Coordinators. Provide coaching, performance management, and foster team growth using tools like Workday and LinkedIn Learning.
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily facilities operations, maintenance, and workplace services. Manage service requests through CMMS platforms, execute preventative maintenance, and achieve performance targets through team delegation and hands-on work.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage annual budgets, process vendor invoices, support monthly reporting, and identify cost savings opportunities.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships and performance against SLAs. Collaborate with supply chain on sourcing and maintain strong landlord relationships.
  • Client Service: Serve as key client contact, exceed CSAT targets, ensure contractual compliance, and implement JLL Experience concepts.
  • Compliance & Innovation: Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain client databases, and identify innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivity.

Here is who we are looking for:

Required

  • 5+ years facility/workplace management experience

  • 2+ years of people management experience

  • Strong business acumen and financial analysis skills

  • Proficiency with CMMS systems (Corrigo) and Google Workspace

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service abilities

Preferred:

  • Professional certification (FMP, CFM)

  • A bachelor's degree or higher

  • Financial services client experience

  • Project management background

Pay $90,000-99,000 with a 10% targeted bonus of the annual salary

Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift with on-call 24/7 for emergency responses

On-site -Atlanta, GA
