Lane Leader - Lot Operations Specialist II

The Lot Operations Specialist II at Cox Automotive plays a crucial role in organizing and maintaining the placement of vehicles within designated zones or move areas, adhering to the standards established by lot operations leadership. This position requires daily utilization of information from supervisors and Lot Ops dashboards to make informed decisions regarding vehicle staging in assigned areas. The specialist is responsible for continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety and ensure the efficient movement of vehicles in and out of their designated zones. In this role, the specialist will move vehicles and stage them safely to their proper work destinations, aiming to eliminate multiple drop-off points and ensure full loads. The role also involves setting an example by championing Cox/Manheim values, ensuring respectful treatment of all employees, and implementing company policies related to employee and customer conduct.
