About the Role

We are seeking an Operator 3 to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, you will be accountable for operating and adjusting production and packaging equipment to ensure products meet Aspire Bakeries' quality and foodsafety specifications while supporting efficient, reliable production flow.

Shift & Schedule



  • Shift: 1st
  • Hours: 6AM - 2:30PM
  • Weekend Availability: Required



Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)



  • Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to meet foodquality specifications
  • Package products manually and use machinery to maintain consistent output and quality
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following GMP and safety requirements
  • Report and escalate food safety, quality, maintenance, and production concerns promptly
  • Support adherence to packaging schedules, running orders, and production standards
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and production targets
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support bakery operations



Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)



  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to frequent line changes
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, bending, climbing, and working around moving equipment
  • Ability to work in varied environmental conditions (hot, cold, wet, dusty, loud)



Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)



  • High school diploma or GED
  • Computer skills
  • Experience in food manufacturing or production environments
