How you make a difference in this role:

The Tennessee Department of Education is hiring an Education Systems Architect who will be responsible for engineering and supporting technical solutions in Office 365 and related applications and programs for the agency and school districts across Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office 365 Management and Productivity Suite Management
  • Agency Staff Support
  • Supervises a team of three employees.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and three years of IT experience, including one year in a supervisory role.

Substitution of Associate's Degree: An IT-specific associate's degree may substitute for the bachelor's degree.

Substitution of Experience for Education: Professional IT experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis up to two years.

Substitution of Graduate Coursework: Graduate IT coursework may substitute for up to two years of required experience.
