Fidelity Technologies is seeking a Web Designer for an on-site (non-remote) position at Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, AZ. This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a SECRET clearance. It is recommended that the applicant provide a Cover Letter detailing why they are the right fit for this position.

The applicant must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be responsible for all customizations within the MAWTS-1 command's LMS and other collaborative sites.
  2. Work directly with front-end enterprise business solutions including Moodle, InfoPath and SharePoint Designer.
  3. Develop customized sites, workflows, web parts, pages, and templates based on requirements provided by each department / division.
  4. Possess demonstrated knowledge of the following: Moodle, HTML, ASP.NET, CSS, XML, JavaScript, SharePoint Designer and C#.
  5. Perform administrative tasks and other tasks as required by IT Manager.
  6. Possess demonstrated in-depth experience on site template customization, site definition customizations, content management, collaboration, workflow, custom web parts, master pages, features, Excel Services, and InfoPath forms.
  7. Possess demonstrated experience in applying software development lifecycle, to include analysis, design, configuration, development, and unit testing using Microsoft technologies.
  8. Possess demonstrated experience in developing custom Web parts and/or Web applications. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements and processes into effective enterprise LMS and web-based collaborative solutions.
  9. Possess demonstrated strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  10. Possess demonstrated experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, requiring minimal supervision.
  11. Possess a bachelor's degree in computer science/Information Systems or any combination of training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties and responsibilities of this job satisfactorily.
  12. Meet the qualifications and certifications at the Information Assurance Technical Level I requirements per DoD 8570.01M. Experience and education may be substituted for the above if deemed equivalent by the Government; and
  13. Be able to obtain and hold a SECRET clearance and adhere to security safeguards and directives.
