In this role, you'll lead a powerhouse team of Sales Managers, Catering professionals, and marketing visionaries, driving performance that exceeds expectations. From cultivating elite partnerships and growing high-value accounts to orchestrating bold campaigns across luxury consortia, social media, and global PR, you'll ensure our brand dominates the marketplace. Responsibilities

    Lead with Precision & Vision: Oversee all Sales & Marketing operations, ensuring flawless execution and timely delivery of initiatives that elevate the E11EVEN brand.
  • Master the Art of Influence: Develop deep expertise in hotel operations, from VIP Services and Guest Experience to Food & Beverage,so every strategy reflects a seamless luxury journey.
  • Digital Domination: Drive global visibility through cutting-edge digital marketing, including social media mastery, SEO optimization, and targeted paid campaigns for affluent audiences.
  • Brand Storytelling: Craft and sell a compelling narrative that fuses high-energy lifestyle with ultra-luxury hospitality, positioning E11EVEN as the ultimate destination.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Forge alliances with luxury brands, lifestyle influencers, and elite local businesses to amplify reach and prestige.
  • Market Leadership: Build relationships with brokers, travel advisors, corporate clients, and international investors to secure high-value business.
  • Revenue Excellence: Predict market trends, set proactive strategies, and consistently exceed revenue goals for rooms, catering, and events.
  • Financial Stewardship: Operate within established budgets while maximizing ROI across all sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, including developing future leaders through the Manager-in-Development program.
  • Sales Mastery: Drive group, transient, and catering bookings; lead active solicitation programs; and ensure accountability for top accounts.
  • Luxury Experience Selling: Conduct professional, immersive site inspections that showcase the property's distinctive features and benefits.
  • Performance Leadership: Motivate, coach, and evaluate team members to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional results.
  • Strategic Planning: Direct the creation of annual revenue budgets, marketing plans, and monthly forecasts with precision and insight.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage advanced sales systems to manage business intelligence, reporting, and performance tracking.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred; advanced understanding of luxury brand positioning is a plus.
  • Language of Influence: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with the ability to connect across cultures and markets.
  • Proven Leadership: Minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience in a leadership role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel, independent property or resort experience highly desirable.
  • Market Expertise: Deep familiarity with the Miami luxury market preferred; Las Vegas experience considered an asset for high-energy lifestyle positioning.
  • Pre-Opening Visionary: Demonstrated success in pre-opening strategies, including recruiting and building high-performing sales and marketing teams.
  • Luxury Network Builder: Strong relationships with brokers, travel advisors, and global luxury clientele.
  • Tech-Savvy Strategist: Proficient in Windows, company-approved spreadsheets, and word processing tools; adept at leveraging digital platforms for global reach.
  • Compliance & Mobility: Valid driver's license in the applicable state required.
