**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

We are seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager tosupportSyndigo'ssales and customer success teamsin achievingtheir revenue growth and retention goals. This rolewillhelpour revenue-driving teams become more productive, clearly articulate the value of our solutions, reduce ramp time for new hires, and develop their sales skills overall.This roleis responsible for establishingand invigorating programs aroundcompetitive intelligence sharing, industry news tracking and dissemination, as well as mastery ofSyndigo'ssolutions.

HOW WE'LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY



  • Deliver training to sellers, onboard new sellers, and conduct ongoing enablement. This will also include an ongoing review and improvement of training programs.
  • LeverageMEDDPICCtocoachsales team members1:1on how they can develop, grow, and improve skills critical to their success
  • Develop sales curriculum roadmaps based on role,territory,and responsibility
  • Create certification programs for new products and solutions as they launch
  • Align with product marketing and sales leadership to create an enablement strategy and deliverables
  • Maximize training effectiveness by contributing to content, assessments, and evaluations, employing innovative blended learning delivery methodologies
  • Create sales enablement tools to reinforce concepts, including internal reference sheets, call scripts, videos, and quick reference guides
  • Track and report on enablement effectiveness using KPIs such as ramp time, certification completion, content usage, and pipeline health
  • Influence go-to-market readiness for launches, pricing changes, packaging updates, and competitive shifts
  • Use insights from pipeline and forecasting to recommend and develop sales training


WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU



  • BA/BS or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of revenue or sales enablement experience with a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience with MEDDPICC salesmethodologyis ideal
  • ExperienceusingSalesforce
  • Expertise in classroom-style presentation, facilitation, virtual and/or video training
  • Strong virtual and live events managementexpertise
  • Ability to translate sales andcustomer successperformance data intoactionable enablement strategies
  • Proven ability to develop content around sales process, product training, and collateral
  • Experience building and contributing to a high-performingteam through positive energy, creative thinking, and a focus on team culture development
  • Basic understanding of pipeline, opportunity management, and forecasting as they relate to sales process, skil,ls and training needs
  • Experience withMindticklelearning management systemisideal

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.
