Job Summary Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC) is hiring a motivated and enthusiastic Student Services Analyst (SSA) for the Disability Resources & Services (DRS) department. This position serves as a lead worker and strong team player dedicated to coordinating, administering, implementing, and improving DRS programs and services for a growing student population. This position works with students across a variety of documented disabilities to determine reasonable accommodations and services in all college environments and serves as a liaison between students, faculty, staff, and external entities. Essential Functions 30% - Assessment and Compliance
30% - Case Management
30% - Program Administration
10% - Other duties as assigned, commensurate to the grade level of the position. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and two (2) years of full-time equivalent student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs. OR Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and four (4) years of full-time equivalent student services or college teaching experience, or experience coordinating, administering, planning, or evaluating programs. An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation, may be considered .
