Regional Facilities Manager - JLL

The Regional Facilities Manager will independently oversee the delivery of comprehensive facilities management services for a government account, including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. This self-driven professional will develop strategic programs and relationships with key government stakeholders while managing daily operations with minimal supervision. The role requires significant travel to multiple locations and close collaboration with remote support teams including engineering, sourcing, finance, and management.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Client Interface and Service Delivery

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for government client stakeholders across multiple facilities

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to facilities services (janitorial, food service, etc.)

  • Drive delivery of committed services while consistently maintaining high client satisfaction

  • Demonstrate innovative leadership in program development and problem-solving while adhering to budget constraints

Facilities Management

  • Independently develop and implement facilities programs and strategies for assigned government locations

  • Manage the full lifecycle of work requests-from intake and dispatching to updates and closure-with exceptional efficiency

  • Coordinate effectively with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless operations

  • Lead maintenance scheduling and provide comprehensive project support

Customer Service and Communication

  • Ensure thorough follow-up with government clients and remote support teams across all communication channels

  • Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Initiate and implement process improvements to enhance overall program effectiveness

Financial Management

  • Manage budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting with strong attention to detail

  • Identify and report budget variances with actionable recommendations

  • Deliver on facility-specific cost savings targets

  • Support financial audits and related requests with comprehensive documentation

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facilities management or related field

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred

  • Professional certifications such as FMP (Facility Management Professional), CFM (Certified Facility Manager), or IFMA credentials strongly desired

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex workloads with limited oversight

  • Experience creating and implementing facilities programs, preferably in government settings

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal/written communication skills

  • Proficiency with work order management systems and relevant technology platforms

  • Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment

  • Results-oriented mindset with unwavering commitment to service excellence

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various sites

  • Based in Spokane, WA with flexibility to perform additional duties as required

Estimated compensation for this position:

137,500.00 - 137,500.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
