We strive to drive long-term growth for Adobe through innovative, impactful, and scalable marketing programs. We are seeking a Business Process Manager who combines strong project management execution with skills to design, document, and scale processes as work becomes repeatable!

In this highly visible role, you will independently lead initiatives, translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions, drive execution end-to-end, introduce new technology into workflows, and institutionalize improvements across new and existing processes.

This position demands exceptional project management rigor and process optimization expertise to coordinate delivery across teams, regions, and technologies, ensuring consistent execution while maintaining speed, quality, and scale!

What you'll Do
  • Independently own large business operations and process initiatives end-to-end, from intake and prioritization through execution, rollout, and retrospective
  • Define project scope, success criteria, timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication plans; proactively identify risks and tradeoffs with clear recommendations to ensure timely delivery
  • Review end-to-end Email Lifecycle Marketing workflows to detect inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and recurring patterns, transforming repetitive activities into standardized, scalable processes that boost speed, quality, and predictability
  • Build and own a multi-quarter process optimization roadmap aligned to business priorities, including operating models, workflows, SOPs, templates, and playbooks that scale across teams and regions
  • Pilot and validate new processes before scaling globally while accounting for regional needs, balancing speed with structure, and drive adoption through clear documentation, training, and partner engagement
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track adoption, usage, and efficiency gains, ensuring new technologies are supported by clear processes that enable consistent execution
  • Act as a trusted operational advisor and subject-matter expert for Lifecycle Marketing end execution. Drive accountability across cross-functional partners. Use Workfront and M365 to improve visibility, alignment, and execution consistency.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong background in project management and business operations, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of initiatives with minimal direction
  • Demonstrated handson experience managing projects in enterprise work management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront), including schedules, dependencies, milestones, and status reporting. Ability to operationalize repeatable work through scalable project structures (templates, milestone paths, and intake workflows).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence in a matrixed organization
  • Experience in email or performance marketing, with a focus on business operations, personalization, and experimentation. Great understanding of end-to-end email marketing execution (creative, audience, QA, deployment)
  • Advanced proficiency in Workfront (certification a plus) and M365 tools
  • Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, SAFe, Kaizen)
  • Proven experience, MBA or BA/BS degree
