No Nights or Weekends! The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in the Pediatric Specialty Clinic functions as an assistant in the examination and treatment of patients under Physician/Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner supervision in the ambulatory service clinical setting. The Pediatric Specialty Clinic CMA provides care and treatment to pediatric and young adults from birth to 22 years of age. We support the care of 19 different subspecialties including pulmonology, genetics, hematology, gastroenterology, and several surgical specialties as well. The CMAs responsibilities include patient intake, medication review, patient rooming, medication and vaccine administration, point of care testing, phlebotomy, and chaperoning for sensitive exams. Salary Range: Minimum $18.09hour - Maximum $29.87/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
